Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

Check your parcel on delivery

Please check the product in front of the delivery person. If the parcel is damaged, the wrong item, or something is missing, tell the delivery person and contact us the same day.

Replacement for faulty or wrong items

• Report a manufacturing fault or a wrong item within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be complete with its box, accessories and gifts, with no physical or water damage.
• We will replace it with the same product. If it is out of stock, you can choose another product or a refund.
• If the fault or mistake is ours, we pay the return delivery charge.

Change of mind

Unused products in sealed, original packaging can be returned within 3 days of delivery. The delivery charge is not refundable, and you pay the return delivery charge.

Items we cannot return

• Products damaged by misuse, drops, water, wrong charger or opening the device.
• Earphones, earbuds and other in-ear items once the seal is opened, unless they are faulty.
• Products bought on clearance or marked “no return”.

Warranty

Many products carry a brand or seller warranty, shown on the product page. Warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not physical damage, liquid damage, burn marks or a broken warranty sticker. Bring or send the product with your invoice to claim warranty.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are sent within 7–10 working days after we receive and check the product.
• We refund through the same method you paid with (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank). Cash on delivery orders are refunded to a bKash or Nagad number you give us.
• If an order is cancelled before it ships, any advance payment is refunded in full.

Call or WhatsApp +880 1629-515721 with your order number and photos or a video of the problem. We will tell you how to send it back.
