About these terms

This website is run by MN Trade International, Hatirpool, Dhaka. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.

Products and prices

• We try to show accurate photos, descriptions and prices. Colours may look slightly different on screen.
• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and can change without notice. The price at the time you order is the price you pay.
• If a price or stock error happens, we will contact you and you can confirm or cancel the order.

Orders

• An order is confirmed only after we call or message you to confirm it.
• We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you, the address is incomplete, the item is out of stock, or we suspect fraud. Any advance payment is refunded in full.
• Wholesale and bulk orders may need advance payment.

Payment

We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer and cash on delivery. For mobile payments, please enter the correct transaction ID at checkout. Some orders outside Dhaka may need the delivery charge paid in advance.

Delivery

• Delivery charge: inside Dhaka 80৳, outside Dhaka 120৳ (may change for heavy items).
• Usual delivery time: Dhaka 1–2 days, outside Dhaka 2–4 working days. Delays can happen due to courier, weather or holidays.
• Please be available at the phone number you gave. If delivery fails because we cannot reach you, the delivery charge may apply.

Returns and warranty

Returns, refunds and warranty follow our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.

Your account

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Text, images and logos on this site belong to MN Trade International or to the brands shown. Please do not copy them without permission.

Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse of a product. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dhaka.
